Sheffield Utd boss Wilder: There'll be no white flag against Tottenham

Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder wants a spirited performance from his players against Tottenham.

Relegated Blades will sign off for the season on Sunday.

Wilder said, "We have to be incredibly competitive. We are up against a team going for something, but we still have a lot to play for.

"No white flag regardless of league positions. We have a lot play for either individually or as a team, players playing for futures and other clubs will be watching our players.

"We have an obligation to the league and also, most importantly, an obligation to our supporters.

"Give it one more go. That is all they want to see, players having a right go for the football club and wearing that shirt with pride.

"We want to go and win the game and that has to be our starting point, being as competitive as we possibly can be."
